Terms of Service

By initiating the DEPÜ PROTOCOL, you agree to the architectural standards established herein.

01. AUTHORIZATION

Access to the Savage Forge is a privilege of the elite. Users are authorized to architect digital manifestations using our proprietary components.

02. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All technical blueprints, coordinate maps, and industrial designs manifested within DEPÜ STUDIOS remain the property of the Forge until finalized and shipped.

03. MANIFESTATION FINALITY

Due to the 1-of-1 nature of our architectural builds, all manifestations are final. We do not accept returns on personalized technical blueprints unless a verifiable engineering defect is present.

04. SYSTEM ABUSE

Any attempt to bypass system constraints or manipulate the Forge engine will result in immediate protocol termination.
